This policy applies to the RapidMfgPro website, an independently operated manufacturing information and supplier-matching platform. RapidMfgPro does not own or operate a factory and is not the manufacturer of parts sourced through the platform.

We may collect your name, business email, phone number, company name, project description, quantity, material, delivery target, and other information you choose to provide.
Uploaded files may include CAD models, drawings, specifications, photographs, revision information, and other technical or commercial information connected with you or your organisation.
Hosting and security providers may record IP address, browser, device, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, and security logs. Cookie-related information is described in the Cookie Policy.
3. How Information Is Used
- To respond to enquiries and review supplier-matching requests.
- To understand process, material, quantity, tolerance, quality, and delivery requirements.
- To identify and contact selected independent suppliers that may fit the request.

5. Technology and Service Providers
Information may be processed by hosting, email, analytics, security, and communication providers used to operate the website. Current infrastructure may include Cloudflare for hosting and Serverless functions and Resend for transactional email delivery.
6. International Processing
RapidMfgPro, its technology providers, and potential suppliers may operate in different countries. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where it was submitted, subject to applicable law and the safeguards available through the relevant providers.
7. Retention and Deletion
Enquiry emails, uploaded files, and related communications are retained only as long as reasonably needed for supplier matching, follow-up, security, dispute prevention, or legal obligations. Because the current form sends files by email, copies may remain in the sender and recipient email systems until deleted under their retention settings.
You may request deletion by emailing info@rapidmfgpro.com. RapidMfgPro will also ask contacted suppliers to delete shared files where reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee deletion from systems controlled by independent third parties.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission or email system is completely secure. Do not upload export-controlled, highly confidential, regulated, or safety-critical information unless an appropriate transmission method and separate agreement have been confirmed.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Contact info@rapidmfgpro.com and provide enough information to verify the request.
10. Children
The website is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children.
11. Updates
This policy may be updated when the platform, suppliers, technology providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page.
